I've found my dream home, now what?
Let's get together and enter in an Offer to Purchase Contract. Along with standard pre-printed legal clauses that protect the interests of the parties involved, there are also negotiable components of an offer, including:1. Offering Price.
2. Earnest deposit amount, showing the buyers good faith desire to proceed.
3. Close of escrow date.
4. Summary of financing to be obtained by the buyer.
5. Personal items that are conveyed with the real property.
6. Any additional contingencies to the transaction, such as loan, appraisal and inspections.
When the offer is presented to the sellers, they have three options: accept the offer, reject the offer or make a counter-offer to any part of the offer. Negotiations continue until there is a meeting of the minds on all terms. We know it's a lot to discuss and it can be overwhelming, with the right agent, you won't go through the process alone!
